ALL OF THESE FITNESS CLASSES ARE FOR ADULTS

CLASSES START WEEK OF MONDAY SEPTEMBER 11TH

BODY TONING class Monday and Wednesday 9-10am 

Class is focused on strength and core work. You work at your own pace and to what your body allows you to do.  You will feel muscles you never knew you had. Please bring yoga mat.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING  Tuesday 9-10am NON MARKING- INDOOR SHOES only permitted in class. Bring a Water Bottle a towel and a yoga mat.

YOGA CLASSES- run every Tuesday and Thursday. Please bring water bottle and yoga mat.

ASHTANGA YOGA- 10:15-11:15am

RESTORATIVE YOGA– 11:30-12:30pm

HATHA YOGA- 12:45-1:45pm

Drop in Rate: $15.00
6 classes  $74.50 ( HST included)

10% discount on multiple classes taken.

REGISTRATION PRIOR TO CLASS IS REQUIRED. A MINIMUM NUMBER OF  6 REQUIRED TO HAVE CLASS OR CLASS WILL BE PUT ON HOLD.
