COMPETITIVE DANCE PROGRAM

Where technique meets passion. 

The Niagara Dance & Fitness Studio has 3 distinct levels for our Competitive program. Novice, Pre- Competitive and Competitive. We accept dancers who are 5 years of age to 18. Each division has a required number of classes to take each week, and is required to attend one of the two option for summer intensives.

ALL of our competitive programs are taught by PROFESSIONAL teachers and choreographers who have spent numerous years training. We know the how, why and when things should be taught to ensure your dancer has a good solid foundation of technique, and we know what it takes to be on the competitive stage. 

All dancers in the competitive program are  taught the Cecchetti Method and Ballet examinations are done with the Canadian Dance Teachers' Association. All students are always set up for success and pass their examinations with amazing marks. The Jazz, Tap are also following the CDTA syllabus

NDFS dancers regularly receive overalls, scholarships and monetary awards!

We compete in 4 competitions per year from Hamilton to Niagara Falls.
